The COVID Transition Initiative (CTI) is an independent group of medical and scientific experts. The website is managed by Fourtold on behalf of CTI and hosted on Cloudflare. Contact: secretariat@covid-transition.com.

2. What data we collect

We may collect information you submit (e.g., name, email, message) and technical data automatically from your device (IP address, browser type, usage data, cookies).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, maintain website security and performance, and analyse site usage (only with consent for non-essential cookies).

We process personal data based on legitimate interests (responding to messages, running the site) and consent (for non-essential cookies or newsletters, if applicable).

5. Who receives your data

Your data may be processed by Cloudflare (hosting provider) and Fourtold (site management). Other service providers may process data only as needed and under GDPR-compliant agreements.

Because the site relies on global hosting infrastructure, data may be transferred outside the EU (e.g., to the US). These transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary — for example, contact form data typically up to 12–24 months, and technical logs for short-term security retention.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent (where applicable), and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
